Today is the day that I launch my blog. Although this blog is being hosted on the domain of my wedding photography website—that is, a business site—I will forego convention and not limit myself to writing only about business related topics. In some respects, this blog will be a running experiment, an experiment in which I attempt to see just how successful a blog such as this can become. WordPress and blogging are new to me, and from what I’ve read online, the most successful blogs tend to address a niche. Unfortunately, I have a long history of diverging off topic when writing. I’ll try to avoid this by limiting myself—with very few exceptions—to the following :
- photography and cinematography in general,
- photoblogging my personal and professional work, and of course
- my fledgling wedding photography business and its progress.
